Denny Staschitz
The Denny Staschitz Fine Art is based in an elegant historic villa in Merano. From here, Denny manages the entire artistic oeuvre of the Italian painter Walter Baldessarini and oversees his exhibitions both nationally and internationally. In 2018, Denny opened the art gallery in the city center of Merano, dedicating it entirely to the work of Baldessarini. After taking over the artistic estate in 2022 and founding the Walter Baldessarini Foundation in 2024, he moved to new and larger spaces on Dante Street to meet the growing demands and devote more time to the internationalization of the artist. At the same time he dedicates himself to his second great passion—Ancient, Medieval, and Renaissance art—and advises his clients in these areas.
modern, ancient & medieval art
Denny Staschitz represents the fusion of finest works from modern, ancient, and medieval art. His preferred areas of focus include Expressionism, Italian Futurism, European sculpture of the middle ages, Italian Gothic and Early Renaissance painting, as well as ancient sculpture. For Denny, the sensitive and skillful juxtaposition of these periods creates a unique artistic experience.
